Al is a man of God with a heart of Gold, who is the most faithful man I have had

the pleasure to serve the Lord With. He will welcome you with love, care, and he will make you feel blessed that you came to Sonlight Church. He's my friend, and my brother. He is a true Light house for Jesus. 

Pastor Steve Amodio with his wife founded SonLight Church in October 2020 as a home church. We now have a church building. Prior to that, he served as the Youth Pastor at a local church. He's been serving in ministry for over 40 years, including as assistant pastor at a megachurch, etc. Awana youth ministries for 18 Years as Pioneer Leader, and Awana Commander. He has had a Christian children's story published. His testimony was published in a book.

The attributes that best describe Pastor Steve as a pastor are strong preaching, leadership development and guidance. He has expressed a desire to lead a church like SonLight Church where biblical views are embraced and encouraged, with members who care about the needs of those around them, and who want to connect others to the body of Christ. Pastor Steve takes worship and preaching very seriously, spending the first hours of his day focused on Bible study.

Pastor Steve has been happily married for 16 years to his wife, Michelle (Miki) Amodio.  They have 2 adult children, Joseph and Elizabeth

Michelle helped found and develop SonLight Church in October 2020.She teaches the children's church and heads up the nursery.  Prior to that, she served as Awana Sparkie Leader, assistant youth Pastor, Nursery leader, Sunday school teacher .

The attributes that best describe Michelle as a pastor are caring for Gods children, development and care. She loves God and cares about others who want to connect to the body of Christ. Michelle takes worship very seriously. And does the announcements and women's outreach. 

Pastor Michelle has been happily married to her husband Pastor Steve for 16 years. They have 2 adult children Joseph and Elizabeth.
